2. Properties offered

ValenStay offers furnished short-stay accommodation primarily designed for business travel, while remaining available for other types of stays depending on availability.

The key features of the selected property, its address, maximum capacity, amenities and available dates are displayed on the listing page before booking.

3. Booking

A booking becomes final once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.

Guests agree to provide accurate information when booking, including their identity, contact details and the actual number of travellers.

  • The total number of travellers may not exceed the maximum capacity of the booked property.
  • At least one adult traveller must be present throughout the stay.

4. Prices and payment

Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros and correspond to the amount communicated before payment validation.

Payment is made by card through a secure checkout flow. A booking is only confirmed once the payment has been successfully accepted.

Unless otherwise stated before payment, the displayed amounts include the services described in the booking summary. A security deposit may be requested separately for some stays or optional services.

5. Cancellation, modification and no-show

Any cancellation or modification request must be sent in writing to contact@valenstay.fr.

The specific conditions displayed before payment and repeated in the booking confirmation prevail to determine the financial consequences of a cancellation, modification or no-show.

If an exceptional issue affects the booked property, ValenStay will try to offer an equivalent alternative solution or, failing that, refund the sums received for the affected booking.

6. Check-in, check-out and optional services

Unless otherwise specified to the guest, the standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Parties, disturbances, subletting, unlawful use and over-occupancy are prohibited.

8. Damage and liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their companions or their invitees during the stay.

ValenStay cannot be held liable for loss, theft or damage affecting guests' personal belongings, except in the event of proven fault by the host.

9. Complaints
